By submitting a listing or job request on JobbyJosh.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. Accurate Information All information you provide (name, specialties, experience, job description, contact details, etc.) must be true, accurate, and complete.
2. Your Responsibility You are fully responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that you have the legal right and necessary skills/licenses to offer the services or post the job request.
3. Prohibited Content You agree not to submit any false, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
4. Platform Role JobbyJosh is only a marketplace platform. We do not verify listings or job requests. Any agreement, payment, or work arrangement is made directly between the Service Provider and the Client. JobbyJosh is not a party to any contract between users.
5. Review & Approval All submissions are subject to manual review. JobbyJosh reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing or job request at any time without notice.
6. Acceptance By clicking “Submit”, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Submission Terms, as well as our full Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.
